A. Our chief distinguishing factor is that Aplus.Net provides everything an organization needs to establish a successful online presence. There are many other web hosting businesses out there that only give you space on a server; and while we do that too, our primary objective is to provide all the tools necessary to make sure that our customers' sites are successful, rewarding, and profitable investments from the very beginning. Thus, we view our firm as a more of a marketing services firm that a technology or web hosting company, which is a significant distinguishing factor.

Q. What are the Top 3 elements of your Web hosting company that your customers are most impressed with?


A. Our customer care organization is a dedicated group of problem solvers; they're well trained and love what they do. We also have a superior team who work solely with our WebImage product—they thrive on creating professional business designs for our customers. Lastly, I believe our service reliability is an element of our service that our customers are most impressed with- Netcraft has recognized us as the most reliable hosting firm in June.

Q. If you could change ONE thing about your Web hosting business what would it be?


A. We’re considering several different avenues to help make Aplus.Net a more personable, inviting place for our customers. With over 100,000 customers, it can be somewhat challenging to increase customer loyalty with consistent customer communications. Nonetheless, we are looking at expanding the Aplus.Net brand to include areas of interactivity with our customer base that we’ve previously only touched on, such as discussion forums, question and answer sessions with Aplus.Net employees and even informational webinars for our customers.
